Hi my name is Natalie Rusiuk and I teach group Pilates classes and one-one sessions. I am qualified to Level 3, have my post natal and pre natal training and have 14 years teaching experience. Tonight Pilates classes return to Bolton-le-Sands village.
Monday's 7pm and Thursday's 7pm at the United Reformed Church and Saturday's 10am at the Old Boy's School.
£46 for the 6 week term (1 class a week).
Exercises are suitable for beginners to advanced and offer a full body workout that targets all the muscles you need to target! 😀

I have a few spaces available for Monday's and Thursday's.

Sat 10am - Old Boy's School, Bolton-le-Sands.
Mon 7pm - United Reformed Church, BLS.
Thurs 7pm - United Reformed Church, BLS.

Term costs £53.50. One class per week. (Attend any of the three classes).
£9 pay as you go.

All you need is a mat to get started.

Beginners- advanced exercises offered.
Work at a pace/level that suits you.

Spaces are available in all three classes.
