We’re hosting our first ever Friday Night Lights at HOTBOX Heysham this Friday 3rd April 2026 🏋️‍♂️

⏰ 5:30pm – 7:00pm

A community event inspired by The Open — expect 2 fun workouts, big energy, and even bigger support 🙌

Open to ALL levels: scaled, intermediate & RX athletes 💪
