If you've just read Pauline's story, you'll understand why we're so proud of her. 👏
She's been selected to represent England at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Winnipeg, Canada, this September and this is where we get to play a small part in making that happen.
Powerlifting is an entirely self-funded sport. Every athlete who represents their country does so at their own expense; flights, travel, competition entry, drug testing fees and accommodation all come out of their own pocket.
Here's how you can get involved:
🏋️♀️ The Workshops: Pauline has organised three brilliant technical workshops here at ET, open to everyone.

🇨🇦 The Summer Challenge: starting tomorrow, we're collectively running, biking, rowing and skiing the 6,760km from Hexham to Winnipeg. Add your distances to the blackboard and let's get her there together.

Let's make this happen for Pauline. She's more than earned it.
