Tynedale Golf Club Team in the Tyne Valley League Knock Out Cup

We are pleased to report that Tynedale Golf Club’s team competed this morning in the Tyne Valley League Knock Out Cup at Alston Moor Golf Club.

Set in the picturesque North Pennines, Alston Moor provided an excellent course with stunning landscapes and superb playing conditions. We extend our sincere thanks to the hosts for a memorable venue.

While the golf itself was thoroughly enjoyable, the result did not go in our favour on this occasion.
Congratulations to Haltwhistle Golf Club on their victory, and we wish them every success in the final.

Congratulations to our Lady Captain, Linda Todd, and former Captain Gary Rutherford on winning the Bellingham Cups 2026 this afternoon! 🏆⛳

Competing in the mixed foursomes event, they finished ahead of second place pair Barbara Younger and Edwin Bell, with Lynne and Kevin Graham securing third place.

Well played and richly deserved! 👏🎉

Tonight we hosted the Hexham District Darts Super Singles.

Great night all round. Including a 109 average in one of the quarter finals!

The overall winner was Tristram Douglas who beat Fenick Mews in the final!
