Septembers Hike & Yoga Retreat ⛰️🧘‍♀️
Sunday 27th - 9 spaces
Price - £25 per person

The hike is approx 8k in distance, covering not once but five Wainwright's!

- Pike o'Stickle
- Thunacar Knott
Hopefully we'll still get good weather & will be the perfect way to end the summer!
Deets to follow nearer the time, but we'll meet at the designated carpark approx 9am. Will sort car shares for anyone that wants to. Hike with picnic & snack stops followed by an outdoor yoga session with the wonderful Martha Cook to stretch out before heading home with full souls! ✌🏼☺️✨️

End the holidays on a high! 🙌🏼⛰️
Sunday 23rd August!
Family friendly circular route of Bowscale Fell, 9.5k in distance & approx 3.5-4 hours walking. Suitable for little legs! Picnic stop along the way Followed by a few hours paddleboarding on Ullswater ☀️
Everything needed for paddleboarding in included, wetsuits, life jackets, wet shoes etc.
x14 spaces available. Timings etc will be posted nearer the time but usually aim to meet in the lakes approx 9/9.30am.
Adults £45, Kids £25

NEXT 6 WEEK SMALL GROUP SESSION BLOCK ☀️

Absolutely LOVING all the sunny outdoor workouts at the minute, long may they continue! 🙌🏼😎
So the next block will start on Monday 10th August until 20th September!
Current block will finish on 2nd August (next week) then there is a 1 week gap before the next 6 week block starts on 10th. I will still be doing 121s during this week just unsure on exact dates available at the minute but message if you'd like to get booked in as spaces limited! ☺️
All sessions should be as normal over the next block apart from weekend of 30th August Bank Holiday as its Kohan's birthday so no Saturday morning session on 29th or Monday 31st morning (evening 5.30pm as normal 💪🏼☀️)

Same rules as always apply, Please pay for your block before the end of week one at VERY latest!
Prices are based on how many sessions you do over the 6 week period. The more you do, the cheaper they work out!

1-6 sessions £9 each
7-12 sessions £8 each
13-17 sessions £7 each
18+ sessions £6 each

Group Session times:
Mondays 9am & 5.30pm
Tuesdays 9am (Cardio 🔥) 5.30pm & 6.30pm
Wednesdays 10am
Thursdays 9am, 5.30pm & 6.30pm
Fridays 9am & 10am
Saturdays 10am (Optional Cardio Club 🔥)

If anyone would be interested in an 8am session please let me know which day will work best & we'll go with the most popular one.

**Private sessions**
I have a few regular day time 121 slots available due to people moving into groups.
121 & 221 sessions are everyday before & after group sessions - message for more details! Blocks must be paid for upfront before or on your first session. 24 hours notice MUST be given in order to cancel or rearrange a session. This applies for group sessions too! Thanks for always being so understanding & helping my small business 💪🏼🥰

7th June, Skiddaw - via 6 Wainwright's in total 🙌🏼
Then we're lucky enough to have the wonderful Martha (3rd photo) doing a little Yoga session with us all to stretch out after a long hike! ☀️
