🥊 BOXING 101 🥊

Learn varied boxing styles, from old English, to modern, and Cuban. Understanding the punch and stepping mechanics, with drills. Also learning counters, footwork and head movement.

Run by Jez Woltron and you’ll be able to get the most out of your sessions and learn the skills needed to improve your boxing!

I'm absolutely terrible at taking action shots & pictures!?
Could not be more proud of the effort everyone's given the last couple of weeks.
Did get a few pictures of the last session of this week.

Highlights of the week were;
Weightlifting,
Cross training,
Functional exercises,
Super sets,
Giant sets,
10 minutes conditioning drills,
Boxing,
Plyometrics,
Resistance band exercises.
