We have had some amazing new tubes fitted this week in the Sunbed and a full new range of products too.

Pop in to get that glow ready for the sunshine coming next week ☀️ Block bookings available, non members welcome, Sunbed available throughout opening times.

Please Note: We advise doing less minutes than you normally do when starting with the new tubes, so please use responsibly.

Please Lift and use dumbells properly.
No dropping of weights and throwing them down even a inch from the floor is ok so please respect our weights and learn to use dumbbells properly 👍 💪
