This is so true! No one knows the number you are on the scales only you! Looks can be deceiving. We all have a “weight” where we feel better in our selfs and it’s absolutely fine to want to achieve those goals. But feeling better, fitter, more confident is always the aim🙌💪🏻🤩❤️

I mean look at those abs 😍😍🔥🔥 this girl has been working so hard on her steps, food and doing the 4 hiit classes a week. She’s even had a few off days as she called it what can you do if you want it?

These results just make me so proud! To quote her she sent this to the group earlier 🥺. “Hello amazing ladies in my phone.
Its my last couple of days as I have now completed the 12 week challenge, I have loved every minute of it, I have reached my goal and regardless of the weight loss which is amazing of course I feel great for fueling my body with the right foods which in turn giving me the energy to exercise.
I feel like a different person and have fallen in love with exercise again, making me mentally stronger.
Thank you all for keeping me going and Kimberley you are amazing and I can't thank you enough 🥰🥰 good luck ladies, you've got this 😘”
