Never skip a warmup! Even if it’s warm out!
So important for so many reasons:

• Prepares the nervous system for movement and reaction
• Reduces risk of strains, pulls, and injury
• Improves exercise technique and movement quality
• Helps mentally prepare and increase focus
• Gradually increases heart rate safely
• Can improve strength, power, and performance in the session
• Identifies tightness or niggles before heavier work
• Helps the body transition from rest to exercise efficiently
• Builds consistency and readiness for training
