Remember when lifting weights 3-4 x per week the scale weight wont dramatically drop, but you'll definitely lose inches and change shape. As it's good to use weight as a goal don't forget to take progress pics or measurements.

Taking supplements can be like putting a plaster on a bullet wound. But here are a few ideas that may help.

πŸ’€ To help sleep turn your phone off 30-60 mins before and avoid caffeine and alcohol.

β˜€οΈ Increase your vitamin D eat foods like salmon, eggs and mushrooms or get upto 30 minutes of sunlight a day.

🧠 Decrease stress, write a list of things that need to be done and complete one a day. Try not to worry about things that you cannot control.
