There was so much energy last night! Let's bring that every week!🔥

So many improvements in regards to technique and strength! You can really see the difference from when you first started! Proud of you all 💪🫶

HIITCIRCUIT is a 30-minute intense HIIT workout designed to build muscle, increase power, and burn calories. This is by using a combination of weights, body weight, and step exercises!

All exercises can be adapted to your own ability. For example, you can lower the weight to make it easier or add weight to make the exercises harder.

Warm-up, technique & cool down are also included in the class.

HIITSTEPPERS! It's finally NEW RELEASE week!

We will be doing HIITSTEPS newest release 'Prague' for the next few weeks..

Exercises include:

On & Off Sprints
Press Ups
Power Jumps
One Handed Squat Thrusts
Mountain Climbers
Running Man
Scissor Plank
Side to Side
Oblique Thrusts
Split Burpees

Exercises will change depending on the release!

HIITSTEP is a 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that uses dynamic bodyweight exercises and a step. It has been designed to improve power, increase strength, and burn calories!

You can adapt all the exercises to your own ability, e.g., if you can not jump, step it instead.. or you can make it harder by adding a riser..

It's that time again.. We will be doing HIITCIRCUITS newest release 'Intensity' for the next few weeks..

Equipment needed:

Barbell & extra plates (to add weight on if needed)
Step box (the higher the riser the harder it will be)
Matt

Exercises include:

Squats
Upright Row
Lateral Sprints
Squat Thrusts
Twisted Jumps
Bent Over Row
Shoulder Press
Deadlifts
Lunges
Clean & Press

Exercises will change depending on the release!
