Weighing less won't necessarily make you happier
But working out regularly will

Being a size doesn't guarantee happiness
But get out and doing something for yourself does

Drinking shakes won't satisfy your hunger
But nutritious meals will

Hours of cardio won't change your body
But regular strength training will

Speaking to yourself negatively won't help your cause
Loving your body and appreciating all it can do will

Staying at home feeling sh*t wont change anything
Getting up and doing something will
