METAFIT :)
If your finding yourself getting bored of the same routine at the gym, or haven't got time for hour classes.. A 30 minute intense interval training session is what you need! Metafit will boost your metabolism, burn fat and tone muscles! Metafit aims to elevate your heart rate quickly, target the big muscle groups to fatigue and push your boundaries, ultimately you will continue burning
calories hours after your workout!!! In a 30 minute metafit class you push yourself as hard as you can to your limits... Each exercise to be performed with maximum power and effort, full range of movement for the short burst of time... No pacing! If you are not completely exhuasted by the end of a metafit class you are not working hard enough! Maximum effort and power must be given to each exercise to see the benefits of metafit. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME! each exercise can be adapted and regressed to YOUR own ability.. It's your own workout and you do what you can! In weeks to come you will be able to progress the exercises and push yourself further! :D

Monday - Highfield Community Centre, 6:30pm & 7pm
Wednesday - Warners End Community Centre, 9:15am (buggies, carry tots & children are welcome to sit by the side to watch their mummy's hard at work!)
Thursday - Gadebridge Community Centre, 6:45pm, 7:15pm abs class
