So, it's been a while since I did much on this page.
This last year has been interesting to say the least, with lots of personal changes and challenges that needed my attention.
However...
In that time, I have been working a lot in my wellbeing.
I've focused on prioritising what makes me happy, what calms me in stressful situations, I've learned to set boundaries where I never used to before because I people pleased too much.
I've taken responsibility for my health through better eating and weight training (and I do not feeling guilty for enjoying food and wine)
In doing so, my confidence has increased. More in some areas than others if I'm completely honest, but I'm worming on the rest - its an ongoing process.
For example, I decorated my whole house almost singlehandedly.
I don't decorate. I'd convinced myself I couldn't do it, and had no self belief that I could.
But I have! And this is not to brag, this is because, actually, I've realised I've never really been my biggest cheerleader, and everyone absolutely should be.
If you don't support yourself, if you don't shout about what you've accomplished, then who will?
And do you know what? The result from my well-being work has increased, and is continuing to increase, my confidence.
In myself, my thoughts, my decisions, my beliefs, my intuition.
Everything!
And so I'm tweaking my coaching.
I'm going to focus on supporting you with your wellbeing, and as a result, your confidence will naturally increase.
