These two are absolute proof that it is never too late.

After decades of diet culture and years of things not working, they leaned into a new way and everything changed when they joined my team…

Balance means 50/50 but honestly if you want to feel good all year and not just for a holiday or an event 50/50 won’t cut it.

And yes balance can turn in to some excuses and can stop us from getting to where we want to be….

The goal is alignment and when you show up like this! You nail your goals and change your lifestyle!

6 weeks. 3+ kg down. Inches off her waist. 🤌🏼😍😮‍💨

This mum works full time, has two kids, went on a holiday and still made incredible changes.

No extreme diets. No plan copied from social media. Just the right structure, accountability, and a plan built around her life.

We added resistance training alongside her running because running alone won’t tone your body. You need to be lifting weights and following a structure that ensures you’re consistently challenging yourself to see real change.

A calorie range and a holiday plan which of course allowed room for delicious food and drinks!

When you learn how to do the basics correctly, you realise you can still enjoy life socialise, go on holidays, live whilst reaching your goals and without falling off the wagon!

When a client comes to be low in energy and out of routine the plan will always be adjusted!

Firstly it’s very normal to have dips in any weightloss journey a this women has had some challenge including an injury which can make things harder BUT….

With a new focus for a few weeks and giving her one clear structure and daily thing to focus on in under a week she is already feeling better and her energy has increased!

This is the great thing about coaching. It’s adaptable, it helps you continue to show up in ways that are right for where you are and it gives you the structure and support you need when things feel hard!

If you’re low in energy dropping calories shouldn’t be your focus right away, instead focus on moving a bit more and nourishing your body with good whole foods!

Build the momentum up and increase your energy and then focus on a calorie deficit!

This is it! 🙌🏻

We over think the big things we forget how important the small things are!

Those daily habits, having the ability to show up when it’s hard… that’s what gets you to where you want to be and then keeps you there…

Last night I went out and had some drinks, today I eat well, get my steps and go back to my normal routine… I’m not gonna stress about yesterday because I had an amazing night! How you show up after is what matters…

If you’re struggling with losing weight and keeping it off, yes it could be wrong calories but it’s more likely to be your following something that isn’t ever going to work for your life long term!

Working out but not looking toned?

Stop doing the cutsie instagram workouts and start lifting the right weights for different body parts!

The weights you use for squats and lunges should be WAY heavier than your bicep curl weights because you’re working more muscle groups.

Random exercise combos with light weights won’t get you there. You’ve got to use weights that actually challenge you.

That’s why I never have my clients doing random combo exercise workouts like my examples.

My home workout programs are built to get you strong and toned!

There are so many of these workouts about and yes something is better than nothing but if you actually want to tone up you gotta be doing the right kind of workouts..
