It's that time of year again where we all make resolutions and goals to get fitter, stronger, gain muscle, lose body fat etc which is great if you remember there is no easy route, achieving these goals takes time and a whole lot of effort!!!
Make your goals realistic and achievable,
Setting unrealistic goals leads to disappointment.
Remember that there is no perfect training plan or diet other than the one you can stick to on a consistent basis.

My new favourite flavour of protein!!!!
Tried so many over the years but this vegan chocolate salted caramel flavour is the one!!!
So important to get enough protein in your diet especially if you train a lot and supplements play a crucial roll for me as I just cant sit there eating chicken breasts all day.....whey protein never agreed with me so if anyone has the same problem then I can highly recommend vegan protein powder as its tastes great and gets the job done and also feels like a treat!
This one is from my protein.

Only had maximum of 45 minutes for a session today so a quick warm up and cool down and smashed 30 minutes on the assault bike which is a PB for me and anyone who has ever tried an assault bike will know how painful it is but no excuses I just got it done even when my legs were screaming at me to stop!!!

Sundays are normally more of a conditioning day for me.....
So for anyone who has ever tried the assault bike (or devil bike as its commonly known as) you will know how tough this finisher was today....normally only do short bursts of work on this bike but fancied a bit of a steady state to finish today's workout and boy this was tough, very much a love hate relationship with this bike but well worth a go....will be trying to beat 217.9 calories next week but will be hard as I felt strong this morning! Give it a go next time u are in the gym!!
