Good weekend for the club. First team won against Hockerill, with Captain Liam Smith scoring 76, and a great all round performance by Andy Thrussell scoring 30 and picking up 4 wickets. The 2XI had a good win against Ware with Gareth Amer contributing a solid 67 to guide us to the win. The Colts also won three of five games in mid week!! Superb week for the club. 💚👏👏👏💚🏏💪💚

Followed by our annual Race-night, superb attendance from everyone and a massive effort from the club, raising valuable funds for to expand our facilities to support our continued growth! Wicket scarified, reseeded and prepped ✅ Outfield scarified, cut and prepped ✅ New sightscreens installed, (sparkling!!) ✅ Net screens cleaned, pressure washed & installed ✅ Hedges & car park cleaned and tidy ✅ All Stars & Dynamos kit cleaned and audited ✅ Clubhouse clean & tidy ✅ Bar stocked (most important!!!) ✅ Several tip runs!! ✅ Massive thanks to club members who have given up so much time getting us ready for the 2026 season. Huge effort and the place is looking good for cricket! 💪👏👏🏏
