They have a stunning studio offering an amazing variety of brilliant yoga classes with THE best teachers around.

It’s a lovely studio in Little Hadham

We are back!! I felt worried about going back to teaching but it’s week 2 and it’s like we’ve never been away.

Things are slightly different with spacing between us all and equipment sanitised .... but the feel good tunes are the same, the laughs are the same and the barre burn is definitely the same!!

Barre is back!! Classes in real life are returning....

All over body workout, low impact fitness with ballet inspired moves, easy to follow, suitable for all, toning while creating strength and improving flexibility.

This beautiful studio in Hertford (with views overlooking the park) will be the location for my Friday 9.30 class

From 18th June until 23rd July
I’ll be running a 6 week block of classes for discounted price of £55
