Some people are more than just part of The Pines — they’re part of its story. 🩷💚

Natalie was the very first person to join me as a Reformer Pilates instructor, and she’ll always hold such a special place in my heart for that. She believed in what we were creating right from the beginning and helped make The Pines what it is today.

Over the years, Natalie took a brave leap and left to open her own studio. It’s been lovely watching her follow her own path, grow and experience a whole new side of the industry.

But sometimes, you have to step away to realise just how special what you had really was. ✨

Natalie knows there’s something truly special about The Pines community — the connection, the friendships, the support, the energy, and that feeling of belonging.

And so, I’m incredibly happy to say… Natalie is coming home! 🥹🤍

Having the person who was there at the very beginning return feels incredibly special. The Pines wouldn’t quite be the same without her, and we can’t wait to welcome her back with open arms.

Join us for a 50 minute dynamic Reformer Pilates flow, followed by a beautiful floral workshop supplied by Bloom Atelier Co to take home.

A wholesome day to move your body, get creative and spend time with wonderful company.

We’re bringing the heat to our End of Elrow Summer Fire Pit Event — and this one is going to be 🔥

Think hot mat, fluorescent paint, UV lights, Ibiza classics and LOTS of pulsing in true Ibiza fashion. 😏

We’ll provide the tunes, you just need to show up, bring the energy and have FUN!

Come dressed in your brightest gym gear and get ready to sweat, pulse and party your way through the session.

Beginners are ALWAYS welcome
No levels needed
No pressure
