Our workouts typically last less than 30 minutes and are far more effective and exceedingly more exciting than spending hours on a treadmill or doing isolation movements, they will include cardiovascular, weights and gymnastics training. In fact the whole package including warm up, workout and cool down will have you on your way in less than 60 minutes. We understand that at first our workouts and style of training may make you feel intimidated or seem too hard but at CrossFit Hertford every WOD (workout of the day) is completely scalable to any ability and fitness level. It is not uncommon to have a 26-year-old football player and a 67-year-old retiree doing the same WOD together. We promise to have you saying ‘I can’t believe I just did that’.
