✨ Class focus of the week ✨
Hiit Reformer Pilates with Holly McGowan! Start your Friday feeling fresh and fiery! The Hiit Reformer class alternates between strengthening exercises on the reformer, followed by bursts of cardio.
The combination of the resistance training and cardio help to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness. This express class gets you moving and focused first thing, lasting only 45 minutes, gives you plenty of time to get to the office (or to brunch... or, back to bed? Hey, it’s Friday after all...)
Hi Holly! What are your favourite movement practices?
-Obviously, i love all forms of Pilates, both on the mat and using equipment. From a dance, background, movement has always being a huge part of my life and these days Pilates continues to support my physical body, with such a huge range of equipment pilates on offer now too, i love continuing to learn and develop not just my own practice but my classes, too.
I also, love getting out for a walk when i can, either with my favourite country music playlist (IYKYK) or with friends.
And finally, your top wellness tips?
Spending time with my friends and family.
Getting out for fresh air…and hopefully sunshine!
Getting a little movement in everyday, wether i’m class planning or treating myself to a reformer class for me, i love the studios in London and checking in with my teachers there and taking a class.
