Well yesterday was another level. Not had a session at that pace in years. Turned up at one of my farms after work to spot one of the fields heaving. The field had been cultivated and birds just wanted on no matter what. Shot from 2-6 and probably could of shot another 100 if i carried on and only decided to stop due to not knowing if id be able to hold all shot birds in my freezers. All steel shot with freezers nearly at bursting point. 💥

A friend of mine Kirk Hodgson spotted movement on one of my fields and gave me the heads up. The next day I was on it. After one hand a half sessions on the same field 260 picked was the count up. 💥 💥 💥

Finished work yesterday and took young gun Jack out for a afternoon session. Last time he shot was with me 3.years ago (way to long). Was a pleasure to sit back and let Jack shoot the bulk of the birds and added 6 doubles among the mix while I spotted lol. He beat his previous p.b while all birds were shot with steel and shifted the same evening.

"Well what a day!
Another successful day which was the same field as last week over beans however it had been turned over which resulted in the bare minimal feed left for them but they still seemed to want to be here 🥴 anyway my mate Ethem Ervan setup for 12:30 and started chipping at them as they were coming off a steady line he had shot around 90 Untill I joined him at 4:00 and we shot till 6:30 and ended on 201 which was full of action and some cracking shooting birds coming from every angle 👌🥵

Setup was

1 A1 decoy magnet and about 20 dead birds which we then made the pattern bigger and left about 40 dead birds on the floor

Final bag 201 picked

All the birds were breasted out and packed into my freezer which I feed to my dog nothing goes to waste for the keyboard warriors that say you shouldn’t shoot big bags at this time of the year pest control is done for a reason if we allowed them to breed and not shoot them while breeding season what is the point in shooting them might aswell let me decimate all the crops"

Orcastrated a day out yesterday splitting up a team of guns. Total picked at the end of the day was 223. Invited Kirk and his dad Mick. They were in 2 hides with Nikolay doubling up with me in another hide. Another good day had.
