Online client, and now training partner Pete has been working with me for some time now.

He now:

* Is >3kg lighter, leaner AND has more muscle most importantly

* Has rehbilitated a previous inury

* Has a healthier lifestyle

* Has sucessfully quit smoking

* Has new found discipline and healthy habits. And is well on his way to a very much improved physique as a result of both.

* Able to readily adjust his diet when needed to suit body composition goals

He is currently on holiday in Las Vegas with zero regards to food/drink.
We both know any weight gained on holiday will soon be gone.

Mr C came to train with me in person and run one of my diet plans.

He always struggled to gain weight and muscle so used to stick to cardio and swimming.

This is no longer the case, he is now +3.5kg and lifting weights, the changes are noticeable, in just a few months.

He also now knows how to structure a decent days eating going forward for the longer term.

In person client Simon at week 16 now down a whopping 9kg, 19.6lbs or one and a half stone however you want to call it.

No starvation diet still, no hours of monotonous cardio exercise and still eating normal foods not just chicken and rice 😅

He's also been out of the country twice (once on holiday) and away for a short UK break and still continued the downward trend in bodyfat whilst also getting stronger in the gym lifting weights in between.

Online client Simon easily hitting a 200kg triple on deadlifts last week as he prepares for a competition in just under 2wks.

Look how happy he is at how this went!

We are still working on strength and Simon is comfortably moving a lot more weight this build up and all set to hit personal records in all 3 disciplines this comp.

After this we will go back to another hypertrophy block before building on strength again after.

I did competition movements only for far too long and ended up picking up injuries so Simon is learning from my own experience and will not be repeating my mistakes.
This is where personal experience is invaluable in my eyes.
I've done all the stupid s**t so you don't have to!

Online client Pete making solid progress in just over two months, he is now down 2.6kgs/5.7lbs from 86.8kg > 84.2kg. He has also lost a whopping 4.5ins off his waist, going from 38ins > 33.5ins.

Pete has learnt how to develop a healthier way of eating, joined a better gym and even given up smoking!

We are just getting started in reality, Pete is gaining strength each week while still losing fat.

We have also rehabbed a previous rotator cuff issue and he is now able to dumbbell press pain free.

Pete is doing all the hard work - controlling what goes into his mouth daily. I am there for direction, guidance and to keep him accountable. That's how coaching works.

Online client Lee (45), now just over 100kgs/220lbs and still with visible abs. We are still gaining weight, without gaining excess fat.

Once we tidy this look up he is going to look ace for the summer!

Just the tan to work on - still 😅

We started at 103kg+ with significantly less muscle mass. We've been to the low 90 kgs, removing body fat and we are now back in a gain phase and back up to 100kgs, with better body composition.

The work continues...
