I coached Alex, Martin and Josh last year before their Morzine holiday and this time they brought along Dave too. I built on the session we had before and moved them onto linking berms, tabletop jumps and gap jumps and drops together. What a session!

Today was about 2 dads and 2 sons wanting to get better at jumping, particularly gaps. The skills check showed that body positioning needed correction and then the all important mental skills. I built the session up gradually and the difficulty ramped up bit by bit as they began linking multiple gap...
