New year, new goals

Struggling to find routine? To get motivated to move your body and to be consistent doing it?

Let’s change that.

• Set yourself some goals, goals that you can achieve. Whether it’s hitting an extra 1000 steps a day or drinking another 1L of water.

• Have a plan for the week. Sort out the days you are going to workout, go out for a lunchtime walk or have a rest day.

• Be positive, the small changes now will make the difference in the long run. It doesn’t happen overnight.

Put the work in and be consistent and the progress will come!

A challenge set back in August, 2 months of training and a lot of miles later, we did it!!

Thanks to my mum for keeping me going through the training and on the day 😃

Also, anyone looking to do a half marathon, Knebworth one is very very hilly 🥵🤣
