Happy Valentines everyone ❤️ I made cocoa swirls which takes me back to my childhood, we often have it for breakfast in Hungary. We don’t have this in the UK, other than with cinnamon but it’s loaded with sugar and it has lots of calories. I made these with a specific mix from for the first time, it’s guiltfree as the carbs are much less, it doesn’t spike my blood sugar and it’s as it’s made from oats. The taste is amazing. I could eat it all in one go I have to say… 😂

Back to : I made this delicious today for lunch in the food processor as I am intolerant to cheese and even cashews which are in the shop made one. This literally took me 5 mins to mix, I used macadamian nuts as simply this is what I had at home. I didn’t even toast the nuts as I was hungry. 😜 But it turned out to be divine and I will continue to make this from now on. I added courgette and lentil pasta in my meal for lowering the blood sugar. You just mix a pack of basil with macadamian nuts or if you have pine nuts that’s even better, plus virgin olive oil, a little lemon, salt & pepper and just one tiny bot of chopped garlic and tadaaam. 🤤🤤 I have to say I feel really energetic since I eliminated certain foods from my diet that were causing a huge inflammation in my gut. I am so happy that this new diet gave me amazing results including a clearer skin and somewhat a better sleep. (Still working on that.) I no longer crash on the sofa after an intensive workout! Until my new diet I couldn’t workout what was wrong with me, I thought I have to up my protein intake or up my carbs.
