About me: Prior to qualifying as a personal trainer I worked in scientific research for many years, completing my PhD in cardiovascular physiology. Although a stimulating job I felt a change of career was on the horizon. After having my third child I decided to bite the bullet and retrain as a personal trainer. Although my first love is running my own training involves all components of fitness: strength training, cardiovascular cross-training, flexibility and core work (such as Pilates). A holistic approach to training my own body has made me a stronger, faster and less injury prone runner. I hope I can share my passion for all things fit! Services:
