SonyaB-Fitness I am a personal trainer offering 1:1 and small group sessions to men and women at any fitness level. I am a personal trainer specialising in women’s fitness.

Whether you’re aiming to feel stronger or build confidence; increase muscle or manage weight; improve your cardiovascular fitness or focus on sport specific training, I can tailor a programme to your specific needs. All levels catered for. Had a baby? As a mother of three I know how daunting it is even thinking about getting into exercise after having a baby (let alone finding the time!) but with

the right training plan and motivation you can achieve your goals. I also have personal experience of training with post-natal conditions such as diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation). About me: Prior to qualifying as a personal trainer I worked in scientific research for many years, completing my PhD in cardiovascular physiology. Although a stimulating job I felt a change of career was on the horizon. After having my third child I decided to bite the bullet and retrain as a personal trainer. Although my first love is running my own training involves all components of fitness: strength training, cardiovascular cross-training, flexibility and core work (such as Pilates). A holistic approach to training my own body has made me a stronger, faster and less injury prone runner. I hope I can share my passion for all things fit! Services:

Birthday pull ups! Jumped the first and didn’t dead hang but we’ll call it 3 and a half 🤪. 47 years young, slightly worse for wear today as I still haven’t learnt I’m not 27 😁 but still here, still going strong 💪. (And yes still wearing my crocs - with my snazzy new running socks one of my daughters got me 😍)

Milton Keynes marathon. Was a tough slog! But pleased to get through it! Gareth was wonderful, got up very early to come with me then covered over 9miles charging between spots to cheer me on! 😍 The medal was very cool too!

Strengthen your muscles, get your heart rate up and have a chat!
All levels welcome, you do not need to have boxed before! The moves are kept easy and straighforward.
Babies/toddlers welcome to watch. Inside if the weather is bad.
Only £8 pay as you go or £70 for a block of 10.
