Couldn't sleep so it had to be another 5 am session, tired and only using 2 of my brain cells 😂😂😂 smashed the DB shoulder press and seated Rows .. let's not talk about the rest of the session 🙈

1. Pec Deck rear delts
2. Pull-ups- missed my 3rd one so went on with negatives
3. Underhand lat pull down- unilateral
4. Chest Supported Seated Row
5. DB Seated Shoulder Press- asked for a spot here and done 8@ 17.5 🥳🥳🥳 ..last one with a lot of help! Thanks 🙏🏽
6. Machine Laterals
7. Banded dips ... second time I'm trying them and still can't believe how humbling these are ... Added them to my goals...5 without bands sounds like a good goal😬

Trained back and shoulders but got distracted by my awesome leggings 😜
And managed to maintain weight after a one month long holiday and eating like a 🐷 so my technique with pushing the kcals up slowly before holidays works wonders. A reverse diet can be used not just after a diet but also to afford more kcals 😜

Back in UK ...a bit too tanned and a bit too smiley compared to the commuters in my train at 6am 🙈

Promised to a couple of my friends here some tips so here I go:

1..Shop around for your flights and get them well in advance… I usually get mine about 10 months before You can also look to fly from somewhere else than London for your long haul flight….to save some £

2.Have a Thai massage …if not every day at least every other day😁for less than a quarter of the price here and really good!

3.Have a Chase card and withdraw 20000 bht at one time…they rarely take card and there's a £200 baht fee for each withdraw no matter how small … so better take the max amount out and less often. 

4.Eat in the night markets 

5.Shop for the trips and negotiate…don't buy the first one you see. 

6.Try durian😬
Also try mango sticky rice,banana pancake, coconut ice-cream in the coconut shell and with the coconut shavings inside, coconut and blueberries mochi, tom yum, eat all the seafood you can cos it's freshly fished that day or the previous night. 

7.Pack light, a backpack will be enough…. I traveled for one month with a 7 kg backpack. Don't carry deodorant, toothpaste and other cosmetics that you can buy from there….you'll live in flip flops and swimwear for most of the time and you can wash your clothes there …I prefer the self service washing machines…than letting them wash for me cos I had a little top lost at some point in Koh Lipe. 

Travelling light helps a lot when travelling from one place to another, specially when you go by boat and there's no dock😅

8.Put the Citronella mosquito spray in the early morning, before breakfast and keep it with you throughout the day.. especially for the evenings…dengue fever is still lurking around.

9. Do your research in advance about the places you want to see, consider season/off season…there's so many beautiful islands and beaches but some of them seriously crowded…you see advertised this pristine beach with awesome landscapes and beautiful water and went you get there you’re like sardines and can barely move.

My travel agent aka is the best! unlike other agents she's always working hard to save my money 😅 and she always has little surprises like this gem today! Landed in Bangkok at 12.15 and at 13:30 I'm already here enjoying the wait for our big flight of 13 h to UK ...or distracting us from that 😅 don't know which one.....I had no clue what airport I was in when I arrived here 🙈
lunch..then by the pool until 18:00 when she already booked a massage 🤩 and straight to the lounge to wait for our flight after ... I'll lay low after this one for a few months to let my bank account recover 😬

I swear I have the best possible friends ever and I'm so grateful for them and always wondered how come I have so many amazing people around me! Hope you all know who you are and I love you so much! Won't tag you cos I'm too distracted and will definitely forget one and I won't forgive myself!

Had a full day of visiting the Samosir Island on Lake Toba, went to a few viewing points, seen the canibal vilage of Batak people, a local market but had a really nice surprise when we went to the Sidauruk Museum 😃

As we entered we seen 4 big graves where the king and his family were buried, the the traditional houses, including the king's one..there's a pic with me and my friend up on the balcony... Went through a room with various artefacts and after passing through a lovely coffee shop we got to the memorial house.

And found this lovely lady living there and taking care of this heritage place . She makes some lovely head bands and sells her local grown coffee to help maintain this museum. Now she even has 2 rooms listed on Booking.com : Ruma Kaca Simanindo ... In a beautiful house with a nice garden and two buffalos completing this unbelievable picturesque place...right next to Toba Lake 😍
She even sang to me at the end...I'll give up any fancy hotel to stay in a place like this with such company 🥹 Defined coming back... specially because Sumatra island is the size of England and Scotland toghether....so I only visited a little dot on it.
