Thank you to Dover Rowing Club. for hosting a great regatta yesterday with perfect water conditions and beautiful weather, we couldn't have asked for a better day on the beach!

We had some brilliant results from our rowers, a few collisions and some funny moments and a couple of rowers moving up their status so we ended on a high.

We held our annual safety capsize drill session this weekend. This is an important skill to know and learn but it's also a lot of fun!

We learn how to roll out of a boat, get back in the boat, throw a throw line and drag them in, swim 50 meters as well as tread water for a couple of minutes.

and HBARC joined forces to get our members in the water and confident for the season ahead.
