But we are keen for all of our members and visitors to experience everything that gym has to offer 💪🏽

That’s why we have a small but knowledgeable and educated team staffing the gym during all opening hours 🕥

Please feel free to ask one of the team to explain or demonstrate how any of the equipment in the gym can be used to maximise your training and enjoyment whilst using the facility
