Heads up to all our members! We are hosting a local School Sports Day next week on Wednesday 24th June from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Hereford Leisure Centre.

The centre and car park will be much busier than usual during these hours. If you're visiting us for a gym workout, group exercise class, racket sports game or toning suite session next Wednesday morning/early afternoon, please allow a little extra time to find a parking space. 🚗

Summer time is swimming time! ☀️

The sunshine is coming out, and now that we're looking ahead to hot weather, days out, and trips away, it's a great time to get your child into the water for their swimming lessons.

For only £17.50 in total, your child will have 4 lessons led by our passionate instructors, which will develop their confidence, teach them new skills, and help them find a love for swimming. 🌊

Let’s hear it for Halo Sport Foundation Member Martin! 🏍️💨

Martin, who utilises both Hereford Leisure Centre and Ledbury Swimming Pool to keep his fitness sharp, recently took to the dirt and secured a fantastic 2nd place finish in the highly competitive 500cc final at the Ledbury Grasstrack! 🏁🏆

Grasstrack racing requires elite core strength, lightning reflexes, and peak fitness and clearly, all that hard work in our centres is paying off on the track.

Brilliant racing, Martin! We are proud to support you. 👏

Huge congratulations to 15-year-old Halo Sports Foundation Member, Jake! 🛶💫

Jake, who trains out of Ross Swimming Pool, has officially been selected to represent Junior Team GB for canoe slalom in both K1 and Kayak Cross at the upcoming World and European Championships in Krakow and Epinal this year!

To wear the Team GB kit at just 15 is an absolutely incredible milestone. Elite sport requires elite commitment, which is why the Halo Sports Foundation is so proud to support Jake by providing free access to our facilities, helping him fine-tune his strength, conditioning, and recovery away from the water. 🏋️‍♂️💪
