From 100kg to 80kg. From high blood pressure and sleep apnea… to abs and strength in his 50s.

He didn’t just lose 20kg — he lost the version of himself that thought it was too late.

Despite spinal stenosis. Despite kidney disease. Despite the crushing weight of job loss. He chose to surrender the weakness, not in defeat… but in devotion.
