Been having some fun with AI today. It's a bit random!
However we are currently on our summer close down but we're back at Clehonger village hall from Thursday 5th September.

If you the Hereford area on Sunday 21st May and feeling we're in Clehonger village hall in the morning with an escrima class at 09:00, sparring at 10:00 and then finishing off with cardio kickboxing at 11:00. It is £5 per class.
For an hour of escrima we'll be bringing out the short sticks, long sticks, krambit knives and khukri machetes along with the full face head guards and chest protectors.
For an hour sparring session we'll have the usual sparring kit plus some interesting sparring drills working blocks and kicks along with a round robin towards the end of the session.
For an hour of cardio kickboxing you can take everything out with rounds of heavy bag work through out the session finishing off with some cardio partner work.
Escrima and sparring are open to all ages, while cardio kickboxing is for ages 13 and over.
Don't sit around at home getting bored on Sunday, come on and see us at village hall for some awesome martial arts instead! 💥🥊🥋😁
