Martial Arts Classes for 4-7 Yrs (Little Soldiers):
Classes specially designed to introduce young children to martial arts, through a variety of skill sets; from focus, to discipline, fitness to co-ordination. Martial Arts Classes for 8-11 Yrs (Cadets):
The classes teach children the fundamentals of kick-boxing, as well as i

mportant values such as discipline, self-control and respect. We have an excellent adult Kickboxing and Military themed fitness program, suitable for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. All our classes are designed for total beginners or experienced martial artists, many gender, of any fitness level, age or ability. Through safe and energetic fat burning classes we cater for our students every need, ranging from weight-loss to self defence. You will see an increase in self-control, self-respect and will learn about goal setting, combined with perseverance and determination. You will achieve improved balance, stability, flexibility and endurance, whilst making new friends, and above all, having fun! Sometimes there’s very little age difference between our Junior Leaders and the students they’re helping—sometimes none at all.

Yet our beginners are always willing to learn, while our Junior Leaders step up to share their knowledge, support others and lead by example.

We’re incredibly proud of them all. 👊

These guys are brilliant at understanding competition. They both want to win, they both give everything, but there’s always respect at the end of it. Handshake, smiles, and back to being friends straight after. That’s what Martial Arts is all about 🥋💪
