📅 SAVE THE DATE – Welland Steam Rally (24th–26th July)

The Club is looking for volunteers to help at this year’s Welland Steam Rally 🚂🚜
This is the Club’s biggest fundraising event of the year and a great opportunity to raise money for the future of our hockey club.

All volunteers will receive free entry to the rally. Camping is available to everyone, and we’re hoping to have a dedicated Hereford HC camping area for the entire weekend 🏕️

Further details will be available soon, but we’re currently planning to run the following shifts:
• Friday: 08:00-14:00 and 14:00-20:00
• Saturday: 08:00-14:00 and 14:00-20:00
• Sunday: 08:00–15:00
Roles will involve helping on the pay gates and in the car parks 🚗🚙

Fun 7-a-side round-robin games for adults and children – all welcome to play.
👉 If you’re an adult wanting to play, please let Dan know.
🍪 Snacks & drinks
Charlotte and Suzie will be running a small stall at the pitch. Please bring cash just in case the card machine lets us down.
🍻 From 3:00pm
The club will be open with the bar and skittles alley, plus space outside for a kickabout on the tennis court.
🏆 Awards at 4:00pm
🍕 Pizzas arriving around 4:30pm
