Herefordshire Motor Club Founded in 1950, Herefordshire Motor Club is a for car and motorsport enthusiasts.

HMC is a club for motorsport enthusiasts, be it competing, organising, marshaling or just spectating; HMC is a great place to socialise and get involved. We run events for all levels of experience and budget, starting with club autotests, autosolos & navagational scatter rallies all the way through to a national level autotest and a well respected single venue stage rally. We have a good social sc

ene in the club, with our regular club night on the first Tuesday of each month, various trips and events culminating in the annual awards presentation evening. If you love motorsport and would like to get involved come down to one of our club nights, first Tuesday of the month, The Richmond Place Cub, Edgar Street, Hereford, from 8pm, or send us a message to find out what's on.

Scutchditch Wood Sporting Trial - 18/04/26

This was a brand new event for the club and the first Sporting Trial we have organised. Big thank you to Sue & Darren Underwood for instigating and organising the event. Thank you to the BTRDA Sporting Trials Championship for allowing us to be part of the Championship and also to Thomas Bricknell for a fantastic job Clerking the event.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather with beautiful sunshine all day with fantastic views from the paddock. The 34 competitors from far afield, faced eight challenging hill sections run three times throughout the day.

We need to say a big thank you to the landowners Phil and Brian Sankey and their family for kindly allowing us to use their land. Thanks to our on event Paramedic and all our marshals for helping the event run smoothly.

To close, congratulations to Simon and Matt Kingsley on their win🏆

Entries are coming in nicely, marshals are volunteering, the venue looks challenging - all equals a promising days' sporting trial.

The finishing touches are being applied to Tuesday night's Navigation Scatter.
Dead easy to get involved in entry level motorsport.
Get yourself a free MSUK licence and turn up at The Green Dragon Bishop's Frome WR6 5BP for 7pm.
If you have no navigation experience or kit, it doesn't matter, we have cut price starter kits available on the night and tbere will be plenty of help available
