Join me for a cosmic experience of healing
With my 432hz crystal chakra bowls, ethereal voice channeling, energy healing and more! Open to all! 18+ (More info below).

My aim is to support people to come together and reimagine their own capacity for healing, inner power and self trust whilst experiencing the powerful practices that have help me expand , transform and grow.

Whenever I’ve received sound healing, I’ve entered into a subliminal trance-like state that I’ve found deeply restorative and it’s given me a chance to reset my nervous system and my subconscious to support rewiring healthier patterns for my mind, body and life.

Sometimes people report seeing insightful visions, and gain inspiration for creativity and positivity.

Dates (An alternative Friday Night Out) 6.30pm - 7.45pm. £25 Early Bird Tickets are also available 3 weeks prior to the event.
-September 25th (just after the Autumn Equinox).
-September 30th (Halloween Special).
-November 13th (Witches Friday 13th, and following a new moon).
-December 11th (just after the New moon, and working with the goddess Lucia).

**These events are open to all. Must be 18+ otherwise accompanied by an adult. (14+).

The relationship we have with ourselves is the greatest one of all…

Life can be testing, and challenging, but above all we have the power to regain control..

Of our bodies, our mind and soul purpose.

So often these things are taken away in some way or another..

When we are conditioned to believe in anything but ourselves.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to choose a path of health and peace.

To regain trust in myself and learn ways of finding safety in this body that is the ultimate temple. 🛕

My lifestyle is not separate from what I offer/ teach…

I’ve been on a plant-based journey for about 7/8 years now, and it’s been one of the most transformative shifts in my life.

It didn’t start from a place of ease. It started with curiosity, learning, and slowly reconnecting to something I felt deeply as a child: compassion for animals and respect for life and the earth. Over time, I began to understand more about how what we eat impacts not just our bodies, but also our minds, the environment, and the lives of other beings.

As a yoga teacher, the principle of ahimsa (non-violence) is at the heart of my practice and this journey feels like a natural extension of that.

I’ve also learned that small, consistent choices can have a wider impact. Shifting towards plant-based eating can reduce our environmental footprint - from lowering greenhouse gas emissions to conserving water and land. It’s a reminder that as humans, we do have the ability (and responsibility) to care for this planet and the beings we share it with.

I’m not here to be perfect or to have all the answers - just to share, grow, and stay open, as well as break some very difficult cycles in my lineage where exploitation of animals have been normalised and celebrated.

So, hi - I’m Nazan 🤍�I’ll be sharing more of my journey here and with everything I teach: from my path of learning and building strength in my body and mind despite the societal misunderstandings of a vegan lifestyle, to deepening my connection with myself, animals and the natural world (including my recent steps into animal reiki 🐾).

This path has taught me to honour my values above all even when the world around me tells me I’m being difficult (for choosing compassion!!), and while this can inevitably create distance in relationships, staying true to myself and choosing compassion for animals and the environment is something I stand by wholeheartedly.

If this resonates, I’m glad you’re here. And if you’re simply curious, that’s a beautiful place to start too.

I'm fully embracing the fertile spring energy, birthing these ideas and events into reality!

Now, more than ever, I feel so strongly and passionately about sharing awareness around compassion towards ourselves, other beings (including animals), and the environment around us. And so I gave myself a good nudge to get past my creative blockages and just.do.something.

I try to be as integral as possible in every facet of my life and the way I show up when I teach or lead events, and i hope i can ripple that quality out to my local world..🙏🏼🦋

I currently practice Reiki from a home studio in Heathfield, East Sussex, and am happy to work around a sliding scale & concession rates.
