This lady is the perfect example of what JJF**T is all about! She started at JJF**T in March. Lost 12.5lbs in 6 weeks. She has continued to loose weight and has lost 2.5 stone in total! It’s not a big secret in what to do - it’s about consistency.
1:1 PT with me is NOT a 6 week fix. We all know if we eat well for 6 weeks and then go back to old habits then the weight will go back on along with other unwanted symptoms such as; belly bloat, low mood, fatigue etc. PT with me is 6 weeks of support and guidance to make healthy lifestyle changes. It is not to make you do a heavy workout everyday - it is to encourage you to move more. This can be walking, swimming, HIIT workout or anything you enjoy.
It is to encourage you to make healthy choices but not to deprive you of foods you enjoy. It’s about being good 80% of the time but look forward to a few cheat meals.
