🐺 WESSINGTON WOLVES – TEAM SHOUTOUT! 🔵⚪

Last week saw the Wolves play their first ever match in the Green League, taking on a strong Pegasus side in what was always going to be a tough test.

The boys kept working, competing and learning throughout — exactly the attitude we want to see as they take on this new challenge.

This week, the Wolves go again as they take on Leominster Town — and it's a HOME game at Victoria Park! 🏟️

🏆 Bears U12s — Player of the Match

Huge well done to Logan — Player of the Match! ⭐

Every single Bears player fought brilliantly in their first U12s match. Everyone worked hard, supported each other and gave their absolute best. Belmont managed to score two in the first half and pushed for more, but our goalkeeper was outstanding.

Logan made some excellent saves — including a penalty save — and fully deserved player of the Match! 🧤👏

🏆 Tigers U11s — Player of the Match

Huge well done to Gab — Coach's Player of the Match! ⭐

Gab played the whole game in defence against a strong Tenbury United side, showing great energy and keeping his teammates motivated throughout. With numerous blocks and tackles, plus real calmness on the ball going forward, it was an excellent all-round performance.

For some of our players, it'll be their first ever league game in a Wessington shirt. For others, it's another chapter in their journey with the club.
