As I wait for my plane home after a beautiful solo holiday in Gran Canaria, and am reflecting back to this time last Sunday…

So much to say and share about the weekend we shared together last week.
7 months of hard work and immense love and dedication poured into this offering, and it was over in a flash. But how beautiful it was 🧡

I’m so, so grateful to the 8 wonderful women that trusted in me to hold this weekend for them and who all came with open hearts, ready to listen, learn and receive.

And so, so grateful to my dear for all her assistance during this weekend, from co-cheffing to car packing to shopping assistant to of course photographer (Ailis’ pics to be shared soon!). I definitely couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you!!

More to be shared about this retreat soon, and I hope I see another retreat on the horizon. 🌞🌞🌞

My loves,

I will soon be heading off to beautiful Devon to hold space for our very first retreat, Connected by Nature 🪶
I absolutely cannot wait to share these few sacred days with the ladies that have chosen to join me… it feels so speacial already 💕

I have decided too to take the week off following the retreat to protect my own heart and wellbeing. As I won’t be in Hereford, this does mean that some classes will not be running as usual.

The dates where my usual weekly classes will NOT be running are:

- Thursday 28th May
- Monday 1st June
- Tuesday 2nd June
- Thursday 4th June
- Monday 8th June
(*classes at Alexander Park are being covered during my absence)

Our weekly classes will resume from Tuesday 9th June. I hope to see you in class before I head off, if not I will see you after I return! 🪷

I feel like I’ve been a little quiet in here as of the recent.

As we nearer and near to our Devon retreat at the end of this month (oh my goodness ….. so excited!), I find my self turning inward a lot more. 🧡 Tuning into what this retreat will become and starting to weave together all the nitty gritty details of our practices, rituals and juicy plans. 💦

I’m also deep in planning our delicious menu for the weekend 🍊 I can’t wait to share meals round the farmhouse table with the lovely group of women booked on. All vegan, scrummy and as seasonal as possible! 🥑

I will be taking a much needed week off after the retreat to relax myself, but also to absorb all the happenings of the weekend. These spaces can be really deep and emotional for many, as well as a much needed rest from life.
I will let you know in an upcoming post which classes this will effect (will also be on the website). 💫🌿

Classes this week 🌀✨

Hi my loves,
just a heads up up that classes are running as usual on Monday 4th May.

However,

there are NO classes on Tuesday 5th or Thursday 7th May due to the disruption of the May Fair in town.

Our usual schedule resumes from Monday 11th May. 🌿
