I am a level 3 reps registered master trainer, with specialist training in Nutrition coaching, Exercise, Fitness & Motivation coaching. If you have a fitness goal or have trouble losing weight I can motivate and help you to achieve your goals. I offer 1 to 1 training, partner PT and group PT. If time is a factor then half hour PT is perfect for you. I offer a range of packages to suit you and your

goals. I have the knowledge and training to work with specific populations eg older adults,diabetes,obesity,arthritis,osteoporosis,pregnancy,adolescents. Gain confidence in everyday tasks and every aspect of your life through 1 life. I truly care and my results will reflect that.
