Bumper update:

1 Some of our Boys age groups have nearly sold outwith just a few places left in some age groups. Registration is still open via our PitcHero club site, check out our website for the easy guide to register your player.

3 Easter training camp deadline for our early bird discount is fast approaching. Get booked in before 23rd to benefit from the discount.

To ensure our shirts are ready for the new season and so that our team managers can form the teams that will be competing in the 2025 season. We need to get registrations in by the end of Feb, which is this Friday. This is so we are all set for the season to start in April!

You should have options to purchase a summer of cricket in your shopping cart which is the bottom left of your Pitchero app. If you do don't have these options, let us know and we can add them for you.

Junior Winter Nets start at Shiplake College on the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of Feb.

If you haven't already joined the our club on Pitchero. Now is the time to do so.

Henley cricket club in the town of Henley-on Thames, runs three Saturday cricket league sides, a colts section for both boys and girls and a ladies team.

Tomorrow Braaiday

Hello all,

You would have noticed that the club has a new barbecue, and that a weird guy with a hat and apron seems to be using it.

Henri is said weird guy (his words not mine), and the Braai (correct word for barbecue) is called the Henley HotBox. He loves braai-ing (as he calls it) and sharing the joys of The Fire with all of you is a great way to spend a Friday evening.

He has developed his offering a bit, and tomorrow you'll be able to choose from the following:

- A Boerie Roll, which is an ultimate hotdog, made with a Saffer Sausage, with optional Tomato Sheba sauce and mustard
(and maybe some burger ingrdients, if you like)
- A WGB, or Wannabe-Gourmet Burger, with optional cheese, pickles and Tomato Sheba
- He’ll have a few vegetarian burgers, using a big mushroom instead of a pattie, with all above options.

Price for tomorrow is £4.50 each. He has sourced good boerewors and good patties. If you don't want to forage for dinner for yourself and/or your cricketers, come to the HHB, have a chat with the weird guy and a chow. He'll start cooking at about 18:45 or so.

Please get yours before he runs out!

Final call for all our young cricketers. 🏏

The summer of cricket starts this Friday with Junior training.
Dedicated girl's cricket training starts on Saturday morning.

We have hundreds of league fixtures organised for both our boy's and girl's teams against other local teams.

Fixtures start in May, so it is not too late to join.

We still have some availability in most age groups.
