Immensely proud after working with Sophia for 4 years, having taught her all strokes in the . I am still buzzing from seeing her swim in London 2012 pool

This is the lady .errington01 who approached me wondering if she should could come on our training camp 5 years ago as she couldn’t swim freestyle and was nervous to commit to bike rides. Fast forward a few seasons she’s swimming a great freestyle 😀, she’s ridden 🚴 miles and miles with .cc leading their Sunday social rides, ridden from Henley to Paris, and done IM 70.3 Greece twice breaking the 7 hr barrier. So delighted for this amazing lovely lady and friend and to have guided her swimming and training. If you haven’t set your challenge for 2024 we are here to help you break down barriers.

Really pleased to be involved with getting prepped for the coming up in Oct. Watch out for the duel between Rugby 🏉 union vs League as they cross the channel in relay format to see who comes out on top. The technique has been perfected in the & the training is nearly done ✅. Today was sign off day swimming an hour with to validate he is good for the job 👍.
