Just confirmed: our Treasurer's Bowl event will be at Tylney Park Golf Club on April 30th. All are welcome.

First tee is at 12.30pm. Cost for non-members is £67.50 to include coffee & bacon roll, a round of golf, two-course meal and prizes.

We are holding our President's Day at Weybrook Park, near Basingstoke.

The first tee time is 1100 and the cost is £81.50 for coffee and bacon roll + round of golf + two-course meal.

What a winter it's been! Many local courses have been closed a lot recently and we know many people are wondering whether to renew their annual memberships.

Our 2024 fixture list is now out! We are running monthly weekend competitions at Badgemore Park golf club and have a full list of midweek outings to some great courses across the region.

Hole-in-one news! Matt Hall achieved his first ace during our Founder's Cup at Mill Ride last week.

A perfectly-struck rescue wood carried the water on the par 3 11th hole - 155 yards in all!

Matt went on to win the cup with a stonking 43 points - 9 clear of Marc Tucker in second place.

Well done, Matt!

Everyone at TVGC is sad to learn of the passing earlier this month of club stalwart, Barry Potter.

Barry was was an integral part of the club for over 30 years. He won nearly every trophy going during his time at the club and served on the committee for over 20 years. He was one-time secretary, captain, handicap secretary and president for the club.

Our thoughts go out to all his golfing friends and to his family at this time.

Our first away day of the year was the Secretary's Cup which was won by Mahendra Mistry (R), seen here accepting the cup from club secretary, Andrew Madigan.

The weather was gruesome at times, so Mahendra's score of 34 points was well done given the conditions.

Our next event is the April medal on the 15th, with the Treasurer's Bowl on the 27th April at the Oxford Golf Club.
