Studio One has plenty of free parking and is a Covid-19 safe venue. We are available for hire at competitive hourly rates. Studio One has two studios. One main studio for up to 14 clients and a smaller equipment studio for our group reformer classes for just 5 clients. We also have a therapy room for massage and reflexology. We have 15 instructors an

d therapists all offering a wide range of exercise classes and therapies for all ages and levels of fitness. You can be sure of a warm welcome and friendly faces to make you feel at home.

Added some small equipment into the reformer class today… a medium size ball to add a little balance /stability challenge and a foam roller for leg work in straps!

Worked on spinal mobility in class today along with some core and balance work. Added in a few hand weights for arm strengthening 💪
