The countdown to our first season in the JD Cymru South is on, with five tough fixtures lined up to prepare the squad for the season ahead.

📅 Fri 10th July – Ton Pentre (A) – 7:30pm
📅 Wed 15th July – Port Talbot Town (A) – 7:30pm
📅 Sat 18th July – Undy AFC (A) – 2:00pm

A good mix of opposition and a chance to build fitness, sharpness and momentum ahead of the new campaign.

We look forward to seeing plenty of green and white following us throughout pre-season.

Team of the Year x 2 🏅🏅

A moment from the Manager on his (Manager) and Iwan John’s (LW) inclusion in the Team of the Season.

“It’s a real honour to receive this award, especially when you look at the quality of managers across the league this season. Football has a funny way of testing you, and this year certainly did that. We’ve experienced incredible highs, unforgettable last-minute winners, and moments where we genuinely thought the dream had slipped away in the final seconds of our last game. Through it all, the players, staff and supporters never stopped believing, and this recognition belongs to all of them.

I’d also like to congratulate Iwan John on being named in the Team of the Season and on his move to Merthyr in the National League. He couldn’t deserve it more. Iwan works harder than most professionals I've come across, and everything he’s achieved has come through dedication, humility and an unwavering commitment to improving every single day. His stats speak for themself. We’re incredibly proud of him and wish him nothing but success in his next chapter.

Awards like these are special, but they’re ultimately a reflection of the people around you and I’m surrounded by the best. I’m grateful to everyone who played their part in what was a truly memorable season, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for this group."

✍️ FIRST SIGNING OF THE SUMMER

We’re delighted to welcome Izaac Follon to the club for the 2026/27 season.

At just 23 years old, Isaac brings plenty of attributes that excite us, standing at 6’3”, he’s quick, powerful and works tirelessly. Before joining Caerau Ely last season, Izaac built an impressive goalscoring reputation in the Alliance Leagues and was rewarded with a move to a side that went on to finish 4th in the Cymru South.

Despite limited opportunities, Izaac’s attitude and commitment never went unnoticed, earning him the club’s Clubman of the Year award.

We believe Izaac has all the tools to be a real success. Sometimes players just need the right environment, confidence and opportunities, and we’re looking forward to working with him and helping him take the next step in his development.

A player with huge potential, a great character and a point to prove.
