As the longest day of the year brings peak solar energy and maximum daylight, it is the perfect natural turning point to ignite your inner fire, boost your vitality, and manifest your goals.

I will be running two sessions morning and night . 21st of June a Sunday

The morning session is going to be at 5:30am to 6:30am .

Sunrise / Morning: Fire & Vitality

Sunset / Evening: Grounding & Gratitude this session will be at 6:45pm to 7:45pm

These sessions are both £1

There will be one difference . Please still park in the top car park by the pit pony . The one in the morning I will wait for everyone and we will walk up to the hill for the sunrise .

In the night it will just be on the field as normal as ever .
