🄳GET FIT CHALLENGES FOR 2 MONTHS🄳

Morning everyone. Through the hardest month and onto the next couple. In the studio I’ve got a fitness board with lots of varied exercise challenges. šŸ—“ļøEND OF 2025. NOW TIME FOR 26! 🄳

What a year it’s been. If anything that I’ve personally learnt from 2025 is that you are always stronger than you think. This isn’t just physically but mentally. Theres been a lot me and my wonderful little family have had to deal with this year and we have pulled together stronger than ever. I have my amazing wife to thank and my wonderful little children. 2026 is all about a new start and live life at its fullest. Thanks to all my clients also for your support this year and I’ve grown up a lot! Good to see the end of 2025 and look forward to 2026! Matt here from in . It’s been a while since I’ve posted on socials. It’s been very busy and a lot of life stuff going on. That’s the story for 2025 is life! It’s always throwing something new at you from all angles but any challenges are always solvable. As we say in our house ā€œwe can do hard thingsā€ and the stereotype of ā€œnew year, new meā€ I personally really am going to do it! We start small, just like this January fitness calendar. Fitness for me has always been an outlet to calm my mind, increase my energy and boost my brain to positivity! It’s not like it for everyone but health and fitness is what you make it.

Had a good week off exercise but putting in the time for a variety of circuits. Walking around with a ridiculous neck from sleeping on two pillows (😳 a mid 30’s thing) but needing a variety of movement.

Any exercise is good exercise!

🄚DINNER TIME šŸ³

Wasn’t sure what to cook up this evening so came up with this hit!

Chopped sweet potato
Chopped potato
Red pepper
1/2 an onion
Chopped parsley
Garlic clove
Boiled eggs
Cottage cheese

Started by cooking off the onion with garlic, then adding the chopped potatoes with 200ml of boiled water to soften them up. Then started boiling the eggs, back to the potatoes and adding the red pepper, bit of parsley and black pepper.

Served it up, chopped my eggs in half, tbsp of cottage cheese and made it look nice with the rest of the parsley and boom. Dinner served šŸ‘
