Meet the founder.

I’m Kris — and I’ve spent the last 15 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer across Hertfordshire.

In that time I kept seeing the same two problems play out over and over again.

People who wanted to get fit but avoided gyms completely - not because they lacked motivation, but because busy, crowded gym floors made them feel intimidated, judged or just uncomfortable.

And personal trainers like me stuck in rigid contracts, paying high rents, with little control over how we worked or the experience we gave our clients.

So I built something to fix both.

SOLUS FIT is Hemel’s first on-demand micro gym. Two fully private, fully equipped pods booked by the hour, on your terms. No crowds. No contracts. No compromise.

Whether you’re just starting out, training seriously, or a PT looking for your own professional space, this was built for you.

One month in and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.
