We only popped into for lunch, but then I spotted granola with actual mini gingerbread men in it. Honestly, how was I supposed to leave without it? 😂 A little shout out to our local Hertfordshire bakers for making this witch’s breakfast considerably more exciting!

Paired with my morning magic potion, aka a pumpkin spice latte, I think I might have found the ultimate autumn breakfast!

Consider this witch fully fuelled for a morning of spells, school runs and whatever else needs sorting. 🍂☕️

A cosy cottage tucked away in the Brecon Beacons felt like the perfect place to gently welcome the ‘ber’ months 🍂

It was actually a little too warm to light the fire, but we spent plenty of time in the hot tub, cuddled up together on the sofa and exploring castles, waterfalls and caves.

And, of course, we mustn’t forget Coven, The Witches Shop & Tea Room in Merthyr, genuinely one of the best witchy shops I’ve ever visited. We were even treated to a private shopping experience, but there will be more on that another time… 🔮

We also enjoyed our last alcoholic drink for a while, because now we really ramp up the training for our HYROX race on 2nd December 💪

A few lovely days together, somewhere between summer and autumn, before returning home ready for our next adventure. Wales, you were rather magical ✨️🏰🌿

September is one of my favourite months 🥰 That gentle turn towards autumn, when the light begins to soften, the hedgerows grow heavy with berries and you can almost feel summer loosening its grip 🧡

So, I’ve made us a little Witchy September Bingo card ✨

There are no rules and no order (anyone that know me knows I don't like rules). You might complete one square today, stumble into several without even trying, or do none at all because rest is what the day calls for.

This isn’t a daily challenge or another list to keep up with. It is simply a collection of little invitations to notice the season, weave some magic into ordinary days and welcome autumn as she begins to arrive.

Save the card and mark off each box as September unfolds. Share it with your witchy friends too, so we can all play along.

Honestly, I think women need more cuddle puddles 💞

More time together. More softness. More laughter. More safe, loving touch. More of the delicious oxytocin that comes from being completely held, just as we are.

This is the only photograph I took last night because I never take pictures during my sessions. The space we create together is sacred and some moments are simply meant to be lived.

Our Gathering the Gold Between the Harvests circle was one of those evenings that seemed to take on a life of its own. A new sister joined us for the first time, another returned after some time away, and the room was filled with wonderfully neuro sparkly energy ✨️

The plan changed, the bolsters came out and we stayed close to the earth. We rested, gathered our gold and spoke our words together. For a moment, the whole room felt alive with magic.

And then we ended in the most delicious cuddle puddle because, truly, I think that might be exactly what the world needs more of.

It was lush. Completely and utterly lush 🥰

There is something very magical about what happens when women gather in circle 💞

We arrive carrying the noise of the week, the weight of everything we have been holding and the many different roles we have been moving between...

And slowly, through connection, movement, breath and sound, we begin to soften. We remember ourselves beneath it all.

Next Friday, the Enchanted Sisterhood gathers again for a beautiful evening of yoga, magic, deep rest and sisterhood.

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need to know anyone else in the room...You are welcome exactly as you are.
